3 month old polar bear cubs taking a nap after feeding on their mother’s extremely rich milk. The female polar bear’s rich milk helps the cubs grow quickly, building the strength they’ll need to make their way to the coast of Hudson Bay. Cubs rely on their mothers milk for survival for up to 20 months.
